Meghan is a Registered Psychologist, specializing in Career and Workplace Psychology. She is based in Toronto and provides services at both the individual and organizational levels. With each new project, Meghan begins by developing a thorough understanding of her clients’ needs in order to generate effective solutions and deliver quality services. She enjoys building relationships and has been described as having a collaborative, strategic, and authentic approach.
Meghan’s areas of specialization include leadership assessment and development strategies, career planning and decision-making, and organizational culture. She sat on the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Committee (of Alberta) for three years and is an Associate with Emergenetics International, a brain-based psychometric assessment tool used to enhance leadership and team effectiveness, communication, and alignment within organizations.
Meghan holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts with an Honors Specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She is a member of the College of Psychologists in Ontario.
